Rental Policy
- Rental Period: 24 hours
- Regulator is included in rental fee.
- The number of balloons that can be filled is based on standard 11” latex balloons. Please note: The number of balloons filled may vary depending on inflation size of the balloon. Foil balloons do require more helium to fill.
- A valid ID may be required to be presented and captured for release of rental items.
- Refundable deposit must be paid on a credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa.
- Applicable late fees or replacement fees may be deducted from the deposit.
- All deposits will be returned within 3-5 business days once tank and regulator is returned damage-free.
